Each act managed by GMMS is engaged subject to written contract. This is a standard contract and the terms and conditions are available to read below, in this sample contract. The contracts are in two sections. Firstly the actual agreement, and secondly the rider. Hopefully you will find it self explanatory on reading. Please note, that the contracts and riders may differ, depending on the particular act.
Additionally, please note that unless a contract has been issued by GMMS, a legally binding agreement would remain as outstanding.
Exceptions are made when the contract may be issued directly from an agency, setting out the same terms and conditions as the GMMS contract, and that it has been declared in writing that this is agreed and understood.
All contractual communication sent to GMMS by e-mail MUST be followed up with a phone call to confirm receipt of e-mail. This alleviates potential errors stemming from undelivered mail.
All contracts are viewable, signable and printable on-line, using 'E-signatures'. These are far easier to manage and eliminates any reliance whatsoever on the Royal Mail, but carry the same weight in legal terms. If physical paperwork is preferred then we are happy to oblige of course.
Please note: all the electronic equipment used by all the GMMS acts is annually P.A.T tested and certification / paperwork is available on request. Also, all of the acts run with Public Liability Insurance. Our insurers, Hencilla Canworth, cover all the acts worldwide, with a limit of £10,000,000. Again, a copy of our certification is available on request of course.
